Life House is a boutique hotel company that aims to transform the traditional hotel experience by focusing on authentic, locally-inspired design and hospitality.

PROJECTS & ROLE:

Managed team handling major CapEx improvements to property including new AV/IT system, new FF&E, updated construction, additional demising walls and equipment swaps.
Oversaw team conducting major CapEx improvements to property including new flooring in hallways, updated HVAC systems, new liquor license approvals, and signage.
Led design/procurement teams during development process to support owner in construction of new structure and gut renovation of existing guestrooms to brand standard.
Taking role of main project manager, took project from conception to completion. Winner of Best New Brand Launch 2023 in Hospitality Design awards.
Three bedroom vacation rental attached to main hotel was gut renovated and re-configured to maximize ROI with beautiful design.
66 key, two restaurant hotel rehabilitation. Massive renovation including building infrastructure systems overhaul and significant site upgrades were made to audio/visual/WiFi systems, parking lot amenities and landscaping.
